Helping kids and families—on and off the ice

We worked with the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation as a marketing partner to compile and present a comprehensive picture of all of the good the organization does within the Western Pennsylvania region. Our primary goal was to create a contemporary and playful communication tool that could easily update and change throughout the year to bring attention to all of the seasonal or annual programs of the organization.

The primary target audience for the Foundation is regional youth. The Foundation provides cause-based connection to communities that grows “fan hood” and delivers continuity through the peaks and troughs of hockey season to deliver enthusiasts and fans to the Pens.

The redesign of the site worked to make content more approachable, appropriate, and device responsive to the audiences it served so it could be an efficient, flexible, and measurable conversion tool for the marketing team.
